The hearings at the International Court of Justice based on the preliminary objections raised by Azerbaijan has concluded, the press release by the Court said, APA reports.
It was noted that during the hearings, which opened on Monday 15 April 2024, the delegation of Azerbaijan was led by Elnur Mammadov, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the delegation of Armenia was led by Yeghishe Kirakosyan, Representative of the Republic of Armenia on International Legal Matters.
The Court will now begin its deliberation. The Court’s decision on the preliminary objections will be delivered at a public sitting, the date of which will be announced in due course, the press release noted.
