"After a process lasting approximately two and a half years, both sides have reached a final agreement," said Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov during a panel discussion on "Challenges and Opportunities for Regional Cooperation in the South Caucasus" at the Antalya Diplomatic Forum, APA reports.
He emphasized that for the process to be fully completed and for the peace agreement to be signed, several necessary steps must be taken. "This is Azerbaijan's long-term and consistent stable, and Armenia is well aware of this. First and foremost, it involves the dissolution of the outdated and ineffective Minsk Group, as well as amendments to Armenia's constitution and the elimination of territorial claims over Azerbaijani territory," Mr. Bayramov added.
