 Azerbaijani Foreign Minister leaves for Moscow to meet with his Armenian counterpart

The foreign ministers will meet in view of the tripartite meeting between the presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia Dmitriy Medvedev, Ilham Aliyev and Serzh Sargsyan in Moscow on November 2 for the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict. On Saturday the ministers will hold consultations with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.
Head of the Russian Geopolitical Expertise Center and leader of International Eurasian Movement Alexander Dughin stated that the Russian President had a plan for Nagorno Karabakh. In his opinion the issue of US disposal from the negotiation process expected to be raised at the present phase. “The United States shows non-constructive behavior in the post-soviet space and only deepens the problems”.
The analyst considers that it is important for Russia to keep strategic partnership with Turkey and Azerbaijan at the present phase. “In terms of its concrete geopolitical interests Russia needs in neutrality of Turkey and alliance with Azerbaijan to resist to the NATO strategy”. Dughin spoke about the Russia-Armenia relations too. “Armenia’s strategic situation cannot give to Russia anything. Now many things depend on Azerbaijan and Turkey”.
