Tirana to host 19th meeting of BSEC Council of Foreign Ministers

Baku. Tamara Grigoryevaâ€“APA. The assembly of high ranking officials of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) is held in the capital of Albania today, APA reports.
The assembly aims to discuss preparation for 19th meeting of BSEC Council of Foreign Ministers. Mahmud Mammadguliyev, Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister will represent Azerbaijan in BSEC Council of Foreign Ministers. Albanian Foreign Minister Lulzim Basha will head the event and the meeting will debate review of the state of cooperation among the Member States, adoption of the â€œGuidelines on Improvement of the BSEC Efficiencyâ€, measures taken during Albaniaâ€™s chairmanship.
During the Tirana meeting, the Agreements on Simplification of Visa Procedures for the Businesspeople and for the Professional Lorry Drivers Nationals of the BSEC Member States will be opened for signature.
One of the main documents, which will come out of the meeting, will be the â€œTirana Declaration of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Member States of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation.â€
Azerbaijan is a member of BSEC since 1992.
