Toptan said Turkey fully supported Nazarbayev’s initiative to establish TurkPA and speakers of the parliaments of the Turkic-speaking countries would meet by the end of this year to sign document about establishing of TurkPA.
Toptan proposed Istanbul to host TurkPA headquarters.
