Ambassador Fakhraddin Gurbanov meets with the British parliamentarians

Azerbaijani ambassador to the United Kingdom of Great Britain Fakhraddin Gurbanov met with the members of British parliament Greg Hands and Lord Fraser, the embassy sources told APA. Current situation and prospects of further development of bilateral relations between the countries were discussed at the meetings. The ambassador informed about the developments in our country and the region as well and called attention to the importance of regional security. He emphasized that solution to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict once and for all had a special importance and would contribute to the stability and welfare in entire region.
Interparliamentary relations were also the focus of attention during the meetings and it was emphasized that extension of mutual relations between the two parliaments would have positive impact on the general relations.
