BSEC Council of Foreign Ministers to meet in Tirana late in October

Baku. Tamara Grigorievaâ€“APA. 19th meeting of BSEC Council of Foreign Ministers will be held in Tirana on October 23, APA reports.
Albanian Foreign Minister Lulzim Basha will lead the assembly. The meeting will discuss a document that contains guidelines on the improvement of BSEC efficiency. This issue was firstly debated in informal Summit in New-York on the initiative of Turkish Foreign Minister. Foreign Ministers will also discuss the simplification of visa for businessmen and drivers. The assembly will also cover BSEC-EU cooperation, appointment of BSEC national coordinators, and consideration of applications on membership. Tirana Resolution of BSEC Council of Foreign Ministers will be adopted at the end of the assembly. Armenia will chair BSEC from November 1 till April 30, 2009. It will go to Azerbaijan for six months according to rotation.
