Baku. Victoria Dementyeva–APA. “It is impossible to solve Nagorno Karabakh conflict in the near futureâ€, Alexander Karavaev, Expert at Moscow State University Center for Studies of Public and Political Process in Post-Soviet Area said, APA reports.
He stated that the conflict would be solved, if three main factors were taken into consideration.
“The first factor is to change the format of negotiations process and adoption of Turkey’s proposal on establishment of Caucasus Stability and Cooperation Platform. The main role should be directed to intensify bilateral relations.
I think that through this context there can be some progress on the settlement of the conflict in 2010-2011. The second factor depends on development of Azerbaijan’s economy. If Azerbaijan presents new successful development model of South Caucasus states during next five years, Armenia will be obliged to take proper steps. The third factor is to change situation in inside of Armeniaâ€, he said.
