Official of Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry: Azerbaijan-NATO relations are being continued in three directions

Viktoria Dementyeva – APA. “Azerbaijan-NATO relations are being continued in three directions: political dialogue, Azerbaijan’s participation in the peacekeeping operations of NATO and the assistance of the alliance in the application of NATO standards,†deputy chairman of Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry’s department on security problems Gaya Mammadov said at the NATO conference in Baku, APA reports. He said Azerbaijan and NATO have rich cooperation history, NATO is assisting Azerbaijan in implementing military reforms. Azerbaijan in its turn is participating in the peacekeeping operations of the alliance and delivery of the military cargo to Afghanistan.
