Parvin Abbasov – APA. “The majority of disagreements on Gabala Radar Station was solvedâ€, said Chairwoman of the Russian Council of Federation Valentina Matvienko at a briefing following the meeting with the Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Asadov, APA reports. She said that the normal negotiation process is going on: “Several issues are remaining. We need to work on them and pass decision on the basis of joint agreement. I am sure that the agreement will be achieved on Gabala Radar Station. Several discussions were held between the foreign and interior ministers of the two countries. I am sure that the agreement will be achieved. Both Russia and Azerbaijan are interested in itâ€.
