According to the document, AZN 46 578 169 considered by the state budget for maintenance of Azerbaijanâ€™s diplomatic representations and consulates abroad in 2012 were distributed among 54 embassies, 2 permanent representations, 2 representations and 8 consulates general.

By the order of the Cabinet of Ministers, the most funds among Azerbaijanâ€™s embassies abroad were allocated to the embassy in Russia (USD 2,143,106). USD 1,545,265 were allocated to Azerbaijani embassy in USA, Euro 1,422,930 to the embassy in Switzerland, Euro 1,043,440 to the embassy in Austria, Euro 998,818 to the embassy in Germany, Euro 968,899 to the embassy in France, Euro 955,058 to the embassy in Belgium, Â£ 763,923 to the embassy in the United Kingdom.

The most funds among the diplomatic representations in Arabic countries were allocated to the embassy in the United Arab Emirates â€“ USD 1,000,021. Azerbaijani embassies in Saudi Arabia (USD 858,468) and Qatar (USD 824, 450) take the following places.

The most funds among the diplomatic representations in the Far East countries were allocated to the maintenance of embassies in China (USD 931,988), South Korea (USD 870,817), India (USD 717,686) and Japan (Yen 115,982,590).

The most funds for the embassies in the Central Asiaâ€™s republics were allocated to the embassy in Kazakhstan â€“ USD 631,148.

The most funds among the embassies in Latin America countries were allocated to the embassies in Mexico (USD 702,372) and Argentine (USD 602,389).

The most funds among the embassies in African countries were allocated to the embassy in South Africa (USD 925,064).

Among the representations at the international organizations USD 1,483,386 were allocated to the maintenance of permanent representation in UN, Euro 458,260 to maintenance of permanent representation in UNESCO, Euro 669,570 to representation in Council of Europe, USD 658,570 to representation in NATO.

The most funds among the consulates general of Azerbaijan were allocated to the consulates general in Istanbul (Euro 793,265), Los Angeles (USD 807,381) and St. Petersburg (USD 726,691).
