Azerbaijan, Albania to sign official documents

APA reports that Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha will visit Azerbaijan on February 8-10. He will meet with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and will also meet further the Speaker of Parliament Oktay Asadov. The prime minister is also scheduled to hold a one-to-one meeting with PM Artur Rasizade which will be followed later by the meeting of the two respective delegations. Further on, Albania and Azerbaijani representatives will sign an agreement on protection and the mutual encouragement of investments between the two countries as well as a Memorandum of Good Understanding on cooperation in the field of industry and energy.

PM Berisha will also meet Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nadir Huseynov, Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan Shahin Mastafayev and the community of Azerbaijan business.

The visit targets to strengthen further the bilateral relations and deepen the economic relations especially in the field of energy as well as to stimulate investments.

The prime minister and the delegation accompanying him are also scheduled to visit places of cultural interest in the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku.
