President Ilham Aliyev receives credentials of Chinese ambassador to Azerbaijan

Baku â€“ APA. On February 7, Azerbaijani President received the credentials of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of People’s Republic of China in Azerbaijan Hong Jiuyin. APA reports that the President Aliyev underlined that the relations between the countries based on friendly and cooperation principles and expressed satisfaction with the level of interstate relations. The Head of State noted the existence of great potential for the further extension of cooperation in economic and investment spheres. President expressed hope in Chinaâ€™s further cooperation in regional issues, including strengthening of peace and security in the world and wished successes to the ambassador in his activity.

In his turn, the Chinese ambassador said that his country highly assessed Azerbaijanâ€™s achievements on rapid development of economy under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev.
