President Boris Tadic: â€œSerbia intends to join the AGRI projectâ€

Baku â€“ APA. â€œThe political relations between Serbia and Azerbaijan rise at the strategic level.â€ Serbian President Boris Tadic made this statement in the press conference after signing of the documents between Azerbaijan and Serbia.
Talking about Azerbaijanâ€™s huge potential in oil and gas production as well as its great achievements in this field, carrying out of the projects, President Boris Tadic said that Serbia wants to join the AGRI project. He said that in Belgrade meeting one of the main discussed topics was the energy-related issue.
â€œFor Europe the important thing is gas and not nuclear energy. Azerbaijan is making big steps in this field. In turn, it contributes to development of Azerbaijan’s economyâ€, - president Boris Tadic said and added that he is interested in Azerbaijani companiesâ€™ investments in the infrastructure projects of Serbia. President Boris Tadic once again thanked President Ilham Aliyev for contribution to Azerbaijan-Serbia relations.
