Prime Minister Ali Asadov meets with Russian health minister

Prime Minister Ali Asadov met with Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko today, the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.

The meeting highlighted the significance of the latest graduation ceremony of the Baku branch of the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University.

The branch, which plays an important role in training highly qualified medical professionals, was described as one of the successful examples of Azerbaijan-Russia cooperation.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and future prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia in the fields of healthcare, medical education, and medical science.

Minister of Health Teymur Musayev, Rector of the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University Petr Glybochko, and Rector of the university's Baku branch Aziz Aliyev attended the meeting.
