Chief of Presidential Administrationâ€™s department: Conduct of referendum in Nagorno Karabakh should be in the last stage of the process of negotiations

Rashad Suleymanov â€“ APA. â€œThere are many expectations from the Kazan meeting of the presidents,â€ chief of the department of foreign relations of the Presidential Administration Novruz Mammadov said, APA reports. According to Novruz Mammadov, the international community, international organizations demand that the status quo be changed in the region, the occupied Azerbaijani territories released, internally displaced persons return home, stability be established.
â€œIn order to justify these hopes, Armenian president should demonstrate political will, express his position. The Armenian side is trying to protract the process of negotiations on various pretexts. This is a non-constructive step,â€ he said.

â€œIt is impossible to predict the date of the referendum,â€ he said.
