Chaghlar Soyuncu’s current condition revealed after he was injured and had to leave the field during the first half of the "Fenerbahçe" vs. "Rangers" match, Apasport.az reports, citing club's press service.
Soyuncu, who was substituted in the first half of the match, underwent an MRI today. The 28-year-old defender was diagnosed with swelling and bleeding in his right posterior muscle.
The player has started his treatment, and it is expected that he will be sidelined from the field for a while.
It is worth noting that "Fenerbahçe" lost 1-3 to "Rangers" in the UEFA Europa League Round of 16 match.
