Mubariz Mansimov: I am not a football fan as Abramovich is

â€œKhazar-Lankaranâ€ which belongs to me is struggling for championship every year. Except Khazar-Lankaran I finance one more team in Azerbaijan. Despite that I am not represented in the board of these clubsâ€, Khazar-Lankaran football club honoured president Mubariz Mansimov was quoted by APA-sport as saying.
Mubariz Mansimov, whose activity was widely covered by one of the latest issues of journal â€œForbesâ€, said he is not a footballer lover as Abramovich is. â€œDespite having football club long before than him I am not a football fan as Abramovich isâ€. Mubariz Mansimov expressed his sympathy for Besiktash club. â€œI love Besiktash most of all clubs in turkey. If it is sold I would buy with great pleasure. In my opinion Besiktash is the most influential club of Turkeyâ€. The Palmali Group of Companies owned by the 39-year old Azerbaijani businessman is regarded as one of the biggest shipping companies in the world.
â€ We have spent $ 9 million on Azerbaijani economy so far. We are ready to increase this sum by $15 million. We built brick production plant in Azerbaijan. We allocated Euro 20 million for milk processing plant
We intend to spend $ 10 million to build tinned food factory in Azerbaijanâ€.
Mubrais Mansimov does not like to speak about secrets of his successes in business which he achieved in 18 years. Mubariz Mansimov sleeps 4 hours and flies 120 hours a week and likes risk. The journal provided Mubariz Mansimovâ€™s opinions about Armenians too.
â€œ I was first Azeri , man of Caucasian nationality to serve as security officer in the Soviet Army. I faced Armenian generalâ€™s pressure there. If there is a man who has Armenian roots that man can not work for my company. I do not trade with Armenians and I hate them. My family gave seven martyrs. The oldest of them was 21 years old. I do not love them and do not expect it from themâ€.
