â€œNeftchiâ€ clubâ€™s president: Aladdin Aghayev demanded us $ 30 thousand

â€œNeftchiâ€ womenâ€™s football club held a press conference today. The press conference stated that â€œRuslan- 93â€ gained gold medal illegally, APA-Sport reports. â€œNeftchiâ€ president Azer Rahimov said there are evidences that Azerbaijan Football federations associations secretly assisted â€œRuslan-93â€ to become champion.
â€ Firstly, â€œRuslan-93â€ had national teamâ€™s uniform. It means violation of AFFA rules. Snejana Gomrugova and Gozal Zakirova played for â€œRuslan -93â€ in violation of rules of the contract with Russia Military Naval Forcesâ€.
The press conference demonstrated video shootings of the match â€œRuslan-93â€- â€œNeftchiâ€. Azer Rahimov said Judge Ramiz Ahmadov deprived â€œNeftchiâ€ from its two penalty kicks. Azer Rahimov touching upon the match with â€œVatanâ€ said.â€ This club left the stadium without any reason. This clubâ€™s coach demanded us $2 thousand to continue the matchâ€. According to him AFFA acting secretary general Aladdin Aghayi demanded money from â€œNeftchiâ€. â€œAladdin Aghayi required $ 30 thousand in exchange for UEFA Cup matches. We promised no document for that. We presented guarantee letter to AFFA. If Fuad Asadov did not resign such anarchy would not happenâ€.
â€œNeftchiâ€ leader said though â€œRuslan-93â€™ joined the tournament hors concourse it managed to change the situation later. â€œ We defeated â€œRuslan-93â€ in the matches. But â€œRuslan-93â€ became the champion. I do not blame Women football Federations president Asim Khudiyev. These illegal steps were taken by AFFA National Teams Department Chief Bahruz Asgarov and head of department for organizing and holding competitions Malik Hasanov.
Azer Rahimov said they received reply to their letter sent to FIFA and UEFA.
â€œFIFA and UEFA promised to seriously investigate the issue. Azer Rahimov said they would not attend Azerbaijan championship if the case is not settled fairly. â€œOur clubâ€™s monthly expenditure is $ 5000. If proper steps are not taken we will attend Russia and Ukraine championshipsâ€. â€œSabuhiâ€ teamâ€™s main coach Salman Aliyev expressed his protests against unlawfulness too. â€œI experienced such abnormalities many times. I will call people investing in woman football foolish since today. Azerbaijan championship is demonstrative and I think its will be the last championship for usâ€.
Azer Rahimov introduced new coach to â€œNeftchiâ€ Boris Tibilov at the end of the conference. AFFA acting secretary general Aladdin Aghayi protested these accusations. â€œIt is not true that I demanded $ 30 thousand from â€œNeftchiâ€. According to the rules the team attending UEFA Cup is to pay $ 30 thousand for necessary spending. If this sum is not paid UEFA can fine AFFA with 300 thousand Switzerland francs. But â€œNeftchiâ€ did not give this sum offering 1 ha land instead. I said we are not working in the farmâ€ /APA-Sport/
