Mariush Levandovski says Azeri team improving

â€œI expected Azerbaijan team to show fierce resistance because no team wants to lose pointâ€, Poland team midfielder Mariush Levandovski told APA-Sport.
The footballer noted that Azerbaijan â€“ Poland match changed after 63 minutes.
â€œI think we gained privilege after the second goal in 63rd minutes. Then we controlled over the game till the endâ€, he said.
The midfielder also commented on the performance of Azeri team. He said our squad has improved a lot.
â€œI see some improvement in the team. Your team managed to win over Finland in Baku. Besides, the team scored a goal to us first. This shows you can hope for better results in the futureâ€, he said.
Levandovski mentioned that Poland will qualify for final stage if it beats Armenia.
â€œIt is early to say after the victory over Azerbaijan that we have qualified for final stage. If we win over Armenia we will achieve the goalâ€, he said. /APA-Sport/
