Central Bank: Troubled loans increase 42% year-on-year, 3% in August

Baku. Yegane Lachinzade - APA-Economics. As of September 1, 2015, provision of crediting by Azerbaijan-based credit organizations stood at AZN 20,095.8 mln, up AZN 2,786.9 mln or 16.1% from 2014.

Compared to August 1, the loans allocated by credit organizations fell AZN 91.7 mln or 0.45%.

Overdue credits in provision of crediting amounted to AZN 1,333.6 mln, up AZN 394.8 mln or 42.05%. The troubled loans rose AZN 38.8 mln or 3% in August.

Share of overdue credit in provision of crediting makes 6.6%.
