Azerbaijan makes annexes to Law on Investment Funds

Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. Today, a draft law on amendments to the law on “Investment Funds” has been discussed at the plenary meeting of Azerbaijani Parliament.

APA-Economics reports that Ziyad Samadzade, chairman of Economic Policy Committee of the Azerbaijani Parliament, said it’s offered to make annexes to the article #46.25 of the Law on Investment Funds which aims to sell out the bankrupted investment fund’s assets in public auction within thirty days after the court’s decision comes into force.

The draft law was adopted after voting.
