Assets of bankrupted insurer in Azerbaijan to be sold out in public auction within month

Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. Today, a draft law on amendments to the law on “Insurance activity” has been discussed at the plenary meeting of Azerbaijani Parliament.

According to APA-Economics, Ziyad Samadzade, chairman of Economic Policy Committee of the Azerbaijani Parliament, said it’s offered to sell out the bankrupted insurer’s assets in public auction within thirty days after the court’s decision comes into force.

The draft law was adopted after voting.
