Assets of bankrupted bank in Azerbaijan to be sold out in public auction within 30 days

According to APA-Economics, Ziyad Samadzade, chairman of Economic Policy Committee of the Azerbaijani Parliament, said it’s offered to sell out the bankrupted bank’s assets in public auction within thirty days after the court’s decision comes into force.

The draft law was adopted after voting.
