93.6 billion manats of funds are required for the development of Baku city in 2020-2040, it is reflected in the Master Plan for the Development of the City of Baku by 2040, APA-Economics reports.
According to the Master Plan, this fund will be directed to the implementation of measures in 5 directions: AZN 47.6 billion is required for the development of urban areas, AZN 16.9 billion for the development of transport infrastructure, AZN 15.32 billion for the development of engineering and communication systems, AZN 4.3 billion for the development of renewable energy sources and environmental protection requires AZN 9.5 billion.
Of these funds, AZN 60.5 billion will cover public investments, and AZN 33.6 billion - private investments.
