Central Bank, World Bank mull preparation of green taxonomy in Azerbaijan

The Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) Taleh Kazimov met with the delegation led by the Regional Director for the South Caucasus of the World Bank (WB) Rolande Pryce, the Chairman of the Central Bank shared a post on this on his X account, APA-Economics reports.

“During the meeting, we exchanged views on the important directions of the WB's new Country Partnership Framework for Azerbaijan, which will cover the years 2025-2029, the current status of ongoing investment projects, as well as issues related to the support that can be provided by the World Bank within the framework of COP29.

At the meeting, we also discussed the prospects of further expansion of the existing relations between the institutions and the WB's support opportunities for the development of the green taxonomy," Taleh Kazimov said in the post.
