The Azerbaijan Financial Forum is being held in Baku today, APA-Economics reports.
The Forum is organized by the Azerbaijan Banks Association, the Azerbaijan Microfinance Association, the Azerbaijan Insurers Association, the Azerbaijan Fintech Association, and the Azerbaijan Stock Market Participants Association.
The goal is to reconcile the development of the economy with the potential of the financial sector, strengthen financial intermediation and financial inclusion, remove obstacles in this area, as well as the opportunities for accelerating digitalization through the application of innovative technologies, improve legislation and regulations in the financial sector, and on this basis, become a platform for discussing the achievements of the Azerbaijani financial sector over the past period and the challenges ahead.
