The government has revised its macroeconomic forecasts, taking into account the price conjuncture in the global oil and gas market and other revenues, Minister of Finance of Azerbaijan Samir Sharifov said at today's meeting of Milli Majkis (Parliament), APA reports.
The Minister noted that the price of one barrel of oil on the world market in 2024 exceeded the intended price in the state budget by $27.3: "GDP was forecasted AZN 121.3 billion, or AZN 3 billion more than before. Revised forecasts have necessitated changes to this year's state budget."
