Al Jasser: Azerbaijan is a successful example of transformation and progress

Baku and Azerbaijan are also examples of transformation and progress, Chairman of the Islamic Development Bank Group Muhammad Al Jasser said during the session titled “An Open Conversation with the Chairman of the Islamic Development Bank Group” held as part of the Islamic Development Bank Annual Meetings in Baku, APA-Economics reports.

He highly praised the changes observed in Azerbaijan in recent years:

“Baku has completely changed compared to my previous visits. One does not need to be an economist or a special observer to see that this city has undergone a transformation. Baku and Azerbaijan are examples of development and progress. The Soviet era is behind us, and now the country’s future is being shaped by its own people. I think Azerbaijan, and Baku in particular, demonstrate that there is a strong will and motivation for development.”
