IBA-Moscow licensed for brokerage activities

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. Bank IBA-Moscow, the only owner which is the International Bank of Azerbaijan, has informed of the decision of the Russian Federal Service for Financial Markets (FSFM) to grant it a license of professional securities market participant for brokerage activities and securities management.

Bank IBA-Moscow reports that on 21 June 2012 the FSFM decided to grant a no-limit term license of professional securities market participant for brokerage activities and securities management to Bank IBA-Moscow Ltd.

"This license makes it possible to provide brokerage services, trust management of securities and a whole range of other value-added services in the field of Investment Banking for clients of the financial organization," the Bank said.

The Bankâ€™s statement also says that by opening of a separate structural unit in 2011 under the brand PRESTIGE CLUB, Bank IBA-Moscow begun developing actively directions Private Banking, Investment Banking and Wealth Management. Currently, PRESTIGE CLUB offers its clients a full range of investment and private banking services, both in Russia and abroad.
