Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-Economics. Azersigorta State Insurance Commercial Company has submitted all necessary documents on changing legal status into OJSC to the State Insurance Supervision Service under the Ministry of Finance, director of Law Department of the company Efgan Mirzayev said, APA reports.
To him, solution of status issue needs fulfillment of some procedures: ‘At present, relevant state bodies hold discussions in this regard’.
Note that, the main reason of postponement is related to share of the state in shareholder’s capital of the company.
Azersigorta has been in operation since 1991. As of June 1, company’s authorized capital made AZN 4.5 mln.
