Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. WB’s newly appointed regional director on South Caucasus Henry Kerali spoke about the tasks, given by the Bank for the activity in Azerbaijan.
APA reports that Kerali said the World Bank gave standard tasks to him: ‘One of the main tasks is to strengthen the ties between the World bank and Azerbaijan more, be sure that the finance allocated to population by the bank is beneficial, watch the effectiveness of project’s implementation and etc’.
‘In general, the WB must deepen the cooperation with Azerbaijan in different spheres more’, he added.
