AtaBank sees sharp rise in profit last year

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. The volume of AtaBankâ€™s profit during 2011 stood at AZN 3.111 mln, up 11.5 times compared to 2010.

During the reporting period total incomes of the bank rose 2.5% to AZN 22.881 mln interest incomes soared 0.7% to AZN 18.587 mln, non-interest incomes grew by 11.30% to AZN 4.294 mln.

Total expenses increased by 10.34% to AZN 19.770 mln, as well as interest expenses dropped 25% to AZN 9.726 mln, non-interest expenses soared 11.6% to AZN 10.044 mln.
Interest profit rose 64% to AZN 5.861 mln, non-interest loss rose 11.7% to AZN 5.750 mln.

Remind that, AtaBank has been in operation since 1993.
