Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. On February 29 this year, AXA MBASK insurance company will hold next meeting of shareholders. The agenda includes consideration of a report on the activities and financial report for 2011, the decision to raise capital or profit distribution for 2011, approving the budget for 2012.

Remind that, AXA MBASK started to operate in 1992. Currently, the company provides services on 29 types of insurance.
As of January 1, 2012, the companyâ€™s authorized capital made AZN 5.730 mln.
