Zaminbank starts placement of new bond emission

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Zaminbank has started placement of additional emission of the ordinary, book-entry shares in Baku Stock Exchange, since today.

According to BSE, face value of shares is AZN 200, quantity â€“ 7,299 and volume of the issue â€“ AZN 1,459.8 mln. Underwriter is Technika Kapital Management Company. After placement, the authorized capital will increase by 11% to AZN 14,653,800.

Remind that, Zaminbank has been in operation since 1992. The bank operates 35 branches, 6 department, Moscow representation, 34 ATMs and 1,891 POS-terminals.
