Azerbaijan increases investments in main capital in construction complex by 22%

Baku. Nijat MUstafayev â€“ APA-Economics. In January-October, 2011, AZN 8.6 bln was invested in development of economic and social spheres in construction complex of Azerbaijan, up 21.7% from year earlier.

According to State Statistical Committee, AZN 5.2 bln was invested by organizations and individuals belonging to state sector (60.3%) and AZN 3.4 bln â€“ by organizations and departments belonging to non-state sector. AZN 5.2 bln was directed to construction works and made 60.7% of total investments. 46.9% or AZN 4.1 bln of used investments was spent to construction of productional objects.

AZN 6.6 bln or 76.7% of investments directed to fixed capital was domestic investments, AZN 2 bln â€“ external investments.

AZN 3,116.9 mln of funds considered in the state budget for objects to be constructed and repaired was used during the same period.
