Uralsib Leasing company sells subsidiary in Azerbaijan

Turabov noted that the company was currently engaged only in sale of retail leasing products. â€œThe Strategic Plan provides the sale products since 2012â€.

Turabov added that with the involvement of a new shareholder, interest rates for leasing services company had not changed: â€œThe interest margin on services have not yet calculated. It will depend on the conditions to attract investmentâ€.

Note that, management of Nikoil Leasing has also changed. Thus, the former CEO Maxim Anisimov currently holds a leading position in Uralsib. He was replaced by a citizen of Azerbaijan Raisa Babayev.

Nikoil Leasing operates since the end of 2007. On April 1, leasing portfolio amounted to AZN 4.942 million, the share capital â€“ AZN 100.
