Iran has nothing new to tell the United States, which must fulfill Tehran's seven conditions presented in New York to regain its trust, Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said during a meeting with Pakistan's army chief, Asim Munir, APA's bureau in Tehran reports.
Ghalibaf said Tehran's position remained unchanged and accused the Trump administration of violating the Islamabad memorandum, Iran's parliamentary news agency ICANA reported Tuesday. He said US military threats and movements would not affect the Islamic Republic's strategic decisions.
The meeting also covered Pakistan's role as a mediator between Tehran and Washington. Munir said the Iran-Pakistan border had reopened Tuesday after temporary technical problems disrupted crossings, according to the report.
