15 persons dismissed for shortcomings in State Committee for Property Issues

According to SCPI chairman Karam Hasanov, along with successes of SCPI, there are some insufficiencies and negative cases in registration spheres of laws on real estate and privatization of state properties

Chairman has given some tasks on elimination of these shortcomings. According to tasks, the legislation on the registration, management, privatization and leasing of state property must be improved, to increase the transparency. New normative legal acts are planned to be drafted on it.

Besides, the tasks on simplifying the procedures and documentations in registration of real estate, not requiring the unnecessary documents, decrease of time spent for registration have been given during the meeting.

According to other order, the territorial registration offices, their accountability and activities will be controlled strictly.

At the same time, importance of improvement of duties, service fee and rental fee collection, realization of measures on decrease of cash payments on these spheres have been stressed at the meeting.

Elimination of procrastination in review of appeals, complaints and applications on law violations have been ordered at the meeting. Besides, it was decided to strengthen the operations of hot line and PR and extend the informatization and education measures.

It was noted that, 15 persons have been dismissed for shortcomings. Near 40 staffs have been reproved.
