Azerbaijan’s surplus on consolidated budget exceeds forecast by 5 times

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan’s consolidated budget’s income made AZN 19.3, expenditure stood at AZN 13.5 bln in 2010. The income forecast was fulfilled by 125.2%, expenditure forecast by 94.7%.

Ministry of Finance says that, though the forecast of consolidated budget’s surplus was AZN 1.2 bln, in fact, the surplus was made ANZ 5.8 bln.

State budget’s income stood at AZN 11.4 bln or 99.1% in 2010, up AZN 1.1 bln or 10.4% in comparison to a year

Expenditure made ANZ 11.8 bln or 95.9% in 2010, up AZN 1.3 bln or 12% compared to a year ago.

AZN 3.7 bln of state budget expenditure went to financial providence of social spending, up 3.3% from year earlier.

State budget allocated AZN 2.2 bln to the strengthening of defence potential in 2010, up 35.5^ from a year ago.

At the same time, capital investment costs were fulfilled as AZN 4.1 bln.

President’s Reserve Funs has allocated AZN 159.5 mln to the construction of residential houses of IDPs, providence of reconstruction works in in Baku, construction of new hospitals in Agjhabadi, Beylagan, Imishli, Saatli, Agdash and Shaki and other social issues.

Besides, AZN 106 mln was allocated to fulfilment o State Program on Proxy Maintenance of population with food products.

AZN 44 mln was granted to the NESF. Agrolizing JSC was granted AZN 40 mln, including AZN 5 mln by President’s Reserve Fund.
