AXA MBASK sues Debut Bank

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. AXA MBASK sued Debut Bank which the licence was abolished by Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
According to Local Economic Court of Baku â„– 1, the essence of the claim was requirement on paying-off the fund allocated to Debut Bank by the insurance company.
AXA MBASK says the investment was AZN 50 000. A judicial review on this process will be held in Local Economic Court of Baku â„– 1, on January 13.
MBASK has been in existence since 1992. The company operates 29 insurance types.
Owned by several individuals Debut Bank has been in operation since 1994.
