Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. Bank of Baku has started to give mortgage loan on Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund’s account. Bank says, maximum sum of loan will be AZN 50 000, maximum term 25 years, down payment makes 20% of apartment’s price.
Besides, according to conditions of loan, the petitioner’s age must be from 18 to pension age.
Remind that, Bank of Baku has started to give mortgage loan since July, 2010.
