Warsaw did not allow a plane carrying a delegation of the Slovak parliament, bound for Russia, to pass through Polish airspace. This was announced by the vice-speaker of the supreme legislative body, the head of the SNS party, Andrei Danko, on a social network, APA reports.
"I have just learned that Poland does not allow us to fly directly, so we will bypass Germany," the politician said while at Bratislava airport.
Danko noted that he did not understand Poland's approach, but in any case, he perceived it as reality. A little later, the deputy confirmed that their flight would fly over the territories of the Czech Republic and Germany.
