"We have close relations with the Central Asian countries, as well as with our neighbors – Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Türkiye, and we want to further deepen these relations," Georgia's Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said while speaking to journalists in Singapore, APA's local bureau reports.
According to him, Georgia has a strategically important geographical location, and making use of it is of great importance in every respect.
"We have free trade agreements with many countries, and this creates a very good foundation for attracting many countries to develop economic ties with Georgia. Georgia can become a hub for various countries in every respect. Accordingly, we must actively work to make maximum use of this resource," Kobakhidze added.
The Prime Minister noted that Singapore is one of the important destinations as it is one of the world's leading economies, and deepening cooperation with the country in all areas would be beneficial for Georgia.
