Chair of the NATO Military Committee is on a visit to Georgia, APA reports citing Agenda.ge.
Georgia’s foreign policy, ongoing military cooperation with NATO and regional security were discussed on Thursday in a meeting between the Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili and Admiral Rob Bauer, the visiting Chair of the NATO Military Committee, the Georgian Parliament said.
The officials also discussed the European Commission’s recommendation for the European Council to grant Georgia the European Union membership candidate status next month, and the subsequent steps in the integration process.
