Uzbekneftegaz Joint-Stock Company plans to increase its daily gas production to up to 70 million cubic meters, APA-Economics reports, citing the official website of the President of Uzbekistan.
This was announced during a presentation to President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the future tasks and plans of Uzbekneftegaz.
The presentation emphasized that the main task of Uzbekneftegaz Joint-Stock Company is to increase natural gas reserves and production volumes.
It was noted that the company should take measures to increase daily gas production from 66 million cubic meters to 70 million cubic meters and to produce at least 25.4 billion cubic meters of gas this year, the report said.
