A general meeting of the participants of “Green Corridor Union” LLC—"Azerenerji" OJSC, "Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company" and "National Electric Networks of Uzbekistan" JSC—was held at the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry told APA-Economics.
Deputy Minister of Energy Orkhan Zeynalov emphasized the importance of the “Azerbaijan–Central Asia Green Energy Corridor” project and noted that this project has elevated cooperation among the countries to a new level. It was stated that within this framework, the successful operation of “Green Corridor Union” LLC is of particular significance.
During the meeting, participants agreed on the appointment of Tural Aliyev as the new Director General of “Green Corridor Union” LLC and on increasing the company's charter capital. Additionally, discussions were held on engaging a consulting company to carry out the feasibility study and other organizational matters.
In the end, the corresponding documents related to the adopted decisions were signed.
