Russia does not need negotiators like Europe, and it is unlikely that the United States needs them either, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, APA's Moscow bureau reports.

"The European Union is taking a provocative position aimed at further escalating and prolonging the war. We do not need such participants. It is unlikely that the Americans, who, on the contrary, want to achieve peace, need them either," the Kremlin spokesman emphasized.

Peskov recalled that the European Union's participation in the trilateral talks on Ukraine is not envisaged.

It should be noted that trilateral talks between Russia, the United States and Ukraine on Ukraine will be held in Abu Dhabi. Although the Kremlin announced that the talks would take place after November 10, the Polish Prime Minister stated that the meeting was scheduled for November 4.
