Russia has begun "collecting information on all crimes committed" by the administration of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and is preparing to investigate all of them in international courts, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev said, TASS reports.
The senator stated that, in accordance with international law, Zelenskyy would have to bear responsibility for "crimes committed by the Ukrainian army under his control."
"We are already conducting an analysis and a full inventory of what has happened within the framework of a public tribunal," Kosachev said.
He noted that the most important thing is to ensure that this international tribunal is recognized and supported by a large number of countries that approach the assessment of facts objectively, from a purely legal perspective, rather than for geopolitical ambitions.
