In a few years, natural gas will no longer be supplied to multi-storey buildings, creating a safer environment, said Deputy Minister of Energy Elnur Soltanov during a public hearing organized by the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) Committee for Natural Resources, Energy, and Ecology regarding the new draft law “On Heat Supply,” APA reports.
The deputy minister said that the main issue currently considered dangerous is the supply of natural gas to multi-storey buildings: “After the implementation of this law, natural gas will no longer be supplied to multi-storey buildings.”
Note that the new law envisions the establishment of centralized heat supply systems.
